Do I need to replace my MikroTik routers?
No. BillFi speaks native RouterOS API and can drop into an existing WISP — the only requirement is that your routers can reach the RADIUS endpoint.
Which airMAX / LigoWave data does BillFi pull?
Signal (dBm), noise floor, SNR, CCQ, distance, TX/RX capacity, firmware and uptime — sampled every 60s and stored per CPE.
Can I run vouchers and PPPoE together?
Yes. A single BillFi tenant supports mixed models — sell postpaid PPPoE to residential and prepaid hotspot vouchers at agent points from the same admin panel.
How do agents settle voucher sales?
Each agent has a prepaid wallet. Voucher sales debit the wallet in real time and daily settlement reports drop into their WhatsApp.
