Which OLT vendors are supported out of the box?
Huawei MA5600T / MA5800 series, ZTE C300 / C320 / C600, BDCOM GP3600, VSOL V1600D, and Fiberhome AN5516 — with SmartOLT as an optional bridge for advanced diagnostics.
Can BillFi push speed profiles to the OLT?
Yes. Every subscription package is linked to a DBA / T-CONT profile. When a customer upgrades, BillFi pushes the new profile to their ONU with no engineer required.
How is a customer suspended for non-payment?
BillFi runs the OLT command to deactivate the ONU (or drop the RADIUS session for PPPoE FTTH) the moment the invoice grace period expires. Reconnection is automatic on payment.
Do I need PPPoE or is IPoE fine?
Both are supported. Use PPPoE with the built-in Cloud RADIUS for stricter session control, or IPoE with DHCP option-82 for a simpler bridged deployment.
Can we resell fiber capacity to sub-dealers?
Yes. Franchise / reseller accounts get isolated ONU pools, commission tracking, wallet-based prepay and their own branded portal.
