When do commissions apply?
Commissions unlock the day your referred ISP becomes an active, paying customer on any BillFi paid plan. There's no minimum spend threshold.
How are payouts calculated?
You earn a percentage of the referred ISP's monthly subscription based on your tier — 15% at Starter, 20% at Growth, 25% at Elite. Bonuses add to your first referral in a given period.
Are commissions one-time or recurring?
Recurring. Unlike one-time referral programs, BillFi pays you every month for as long as the ISP stays a customer — because that's when partnerships actually align.
Do you provide sales support?
Yes. Every partner gets access to demo environments, technical validation calls, competitive battle-cards and proposal templates. Growth and Elite partners get a dedicated SE.
How do you attribute a referral?
Either via your unique referral link (cookie-based, 90-day window) or a warm intro email you copy us on. First-touch attribution wins ties.
What countries is the program open in?
Everywhere BillFi operates — 30+ countries across Africa, Asia, Europe and LATAM. Payouts in USD, EUR, KES, NGN, BDT, PKR and more via bank transfer, PayPal or mobile money.
Is there an exclusivity clause?
