Why operators pick BillFi

Track every ONU, router and cable spool by serial — across warehouses, techs and subscribers.

Common headaches

What you're probably fighting today

Problem
Untracked ONU spend

You order 500 ONUs; 460 make it to customers, 40 vanish. Serial-level tracking + truck stock reconciles what's actually deployed.

Problem
'Which router does customer X have?'

Nobody knows. BillFi ties every serial to a customer profile — great for RMAs, warranty and firmware compliance.

Problem
Supplier invoice drift

Supplier bills for 100 units, you received 96. Purchase orders reconciled against receipts catch the delta before you pay.

What's inside

Everything a Inventory & assets operator needs

Multi-warehouse + truck stock

Warehouses, PoPs, retail agents and per-tech truck stock — one inventory graph, one source of truth.

Serial / MAC / IMEI tracking

Every unit has an identity. Search by serial, jump to the customer, see the plan and last accounting session.

Warranty & RMA workflow

Warranty start-date pinned to the install job. RMA ticket with the vendor, replacement swap, customer notified — all in one flow.

Purchase orders & receipts

POs to suppliers, partial receipts, price-per-unit, tax and freight allocation, three-way match to the invoice.

Tech / agent allocations

Assign stock to techs or reseller agents. See who's holding what. Auto-decrement on job close, auto-return on unsold.

Low-stock alerts & reorder points

Set min/max per SKU per location. BillFi flags what to reorder — before the install pipeline stalls.

How it works

Live in a weekend, not a quarter

01
Receive stock

Create a PO, receive against it (full or partial), assign serials to a warehouse bin.

02
Allocate to trucks / agents

Move stock to a tech's truck or a reseller's shelf. Full audit trail per SKU per serial.

03
Install ties the serial to the customer

Tech scans the barcode during the job; the serial is bound to the customer, warranty starts, stock decrements.

04
RMA & reconcile

Faulty unit? Open an RMA, swap the customer's serial, ship back to vendor. Monthly stock counts reconcile to the ledger.

FAQ

Answers, before you ask

Can I track by serial number and MAC?

Yes — every SKU is either bulk (cable, patch cords) or per-unit tracked (ONUs, routers, ONTs). Per-unit SKUs carry serial, MAC and any other identifier you need.

Does inventory link to the OLT / RADIUS?

Yes. Import ONU serials from a Huawei / ZTE OLT and BillFi matches them against inventory — surfacing unauthorised or unrecorded devices on your network.

How do partial supplier deliveries work?

Receive against the PO in multiple events — 60 units today, 40 next week. The PO stays open until fully received or manually closed.

Can accounting pick this up?

Yes. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho and Odoo integrations push cost-of-goods-sold and stock-on-hand journals so your accountant sees the same numbers you do.
